1. Agreement

   These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Wer, an online casino platform (the "Platform"). By registering for or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. DefinitionsIn this Agreement:

• "Client" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.

   Client agrees not to engage in any activity through their User Account which might cause harm, damage, or discredit Wer.

   Sparta88 shall maintain security measures to safeguard user data against unauthorized access or use. However, Client acknowledges that no system is completely secure.

7. Gaming Rules and Providers' Terms

• All games available on the Platform are provided by third-party software providers.
• Provider's rules for each game may vary from these Terms; in any event of inconsistency between Wer and a provider's terms, the latter shall prevail.
• Clients must comply with all applicable gaming laws.

8. User Account Cancellation

   Client can cancel their account at any time using platform features or by contacting support via email. Once cancelled, Client will be prevented from accessing their User Account.

9. Responsible Gaming Tools

Sparta88 is committed to providing responsible gaming tools in line with international best practices and where possible Indonesian standards.

10. Support Services

    For assistance related to the Platform, including issues regarding bonuses, accounts, or gameplay, please contact our support team via email.

11. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall Wer be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access, use of, or inability to access/use the Platform or its contents.

12. Payment Terms

• Client will only make deposits using approved Payment Methods.
• Any bonuses earned may have wagering requirements and max bet limitations; Clients must comply with these restrictions for all bonus-related transactions.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review by our security team before being processed, which includes verifying the authenticity of withdrawals.

13. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

    Sparta88 is committed to complying with AML regulations. Client agrees not to participate in money laundering or assist any other party for this purpose.

14. Reporting Requirements and Confidentiality

• Wer complies with local law on reporting suspicious transactions.
• Where legally required, we reserve the right to share client information with regulatory bodies or authorized third parties.

15. Governing Bodies

    In case of dispute resolution between Clients residing in Indonesia and/or Curaçao, such disputes will be resolved through court proceedings in line with applicable Indonesian and Curaçao jurisdiction laws.

16. Changes to Terms

• Wer reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notification.
• Client agrees that it is their responsibility to regularly review this agreement for any changes or updates which may affect them directly.

17. Termination

    Wer has the absolute authority to terminate, change or limit access to all services and/or accounts of the Platform at its discretion without notice; where possible we will notify you in writing regarding such decisions prior to action being taken.

18. Severability

If any provision(s) or part thereof within these terms are deemed void under applicable law for this jurisdiction (wherever it may be), that clause shall not affect or impair other clauses which remain fully valid and enforceable.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with all platform-specific rules incorporated in them by reference constitute the entire agreement between Client and Sparta88 concerning their relationship.

By accessing or using Sparta88's services, you agree to abide by these terms as well as any future modifications to it according to applicable law in Curaçao jurisdiction
